Craps is a dice game that is popular with players in traditional casinos. However, it seems that it is less popular online than off on a conventional casino. Nonetheless, it still offers both fun and excitement to players. Learn how to play Craps online with our basic tutorial
The game of Craps is considered to rely on pure luck. And many also believe that it depends on the dice and the numbers that are rolled. In this game, players will place wagers on the outcome of two thrown dice. A “shooter” is the player that throws the dice. For online casinos, usually, it is only you, as the player versus the computer.
A Basic Rule On How to Play Craps Online
To be able to master how to play Craps online, one must know the basics. For Craps online gameplay, the player must first select a wager and decide which number to place their bets. Once all bets are in, it is time for the player to roll the dice. The best online casinos Korea is offering a low minimum bet for its players to enjoy.
Rules for Winning on the Pass Line
If a player places a bet on the “Pass Line” during the come-out roll, a 7 or 11 thrown will win. A 2, 3, or 12 will lose. The numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 will establish a “Point,” and the game continues. Once the point number is set, a seven thrown before hitting the point number will lose the Pass Line bet. And the player’s turn will be over. All bets will be cleared from the table.
If the player makes the point by throwing his point number, the Pass Line bet will win, and a new come-out roll will start again for that same player.
Rules for Winning on the Don’t Pass Line
If the player has bet on the Don’t Pass Line, a 7 or 11 will lose, and 2 or 3 will win. And a 12 will “push.” Once the point number is established, and a seven is thrown before the point number, the Don’t Pass Line wins. But the player’s turn will also be over.
If the player throws the point number before the 7, he will lose the Don’t Pass Line bet. And a new come-out roll will start again for that same player.
Online Craps Betting Rules
Pass Line and Don’t Pass Line
Pass Line bet means that the shooter will pass (win) by rolling out a natural (7 or 11). Or it can also be by winning the point before rolling out a 7.
The Don’t Pass Line corresponds to the opposite bet. In this case, players will bet that the shooter will not pass (lose). It can happen if the shooter gets a 2 or 3 or fails to roll the point again before drawing a 7.
Take note if the shooter draws a 12, the bet is a “Push.” It only means that nothing happens; players will not win nor lose their chances.
Come or Don’t Come Bets
The Come bet wins if a natural is rolled out and loses if the craps are.
If the “point” is rolled out, it becomes a Come-bet point. Which works just like the pass line, where come-bet end rolls out before a 7, the player wins.
Don’t Come bet, on the other hand, works just like the Don’t Pass Line. The player will be lucky if the shooter rolls out a 2 or 3, not so much if it’s a 7 or 11. A 12, again, is a push.
Once the point is made, you should hope for seven before the shooter rolls out the point again.
Other Proposition Bets
These are one-roll bets that a player can place on any roll.
Any Seven – the shooter rolls a 7
Any Craps – the shooter rolls 2,3 or 12
Ace Deuce – the shooter rolls a 3
Aces – the shooter rolls a 2
Boxcars – the shooter rolls a 12
Horn – the shooter rolls a 2, 3, 11, or 12
